A semi-gastronomic restaurant indoors and a beach restaurant with your feet in the sand: at Dar El Bhar, you dine facing the open sea, from the catch of the day to seafood.
Stone walls, dark wood, lanterns and wide windows opening onto the gardens and the pool: the dining room serves a refined Tunisian-Mediterranean cuisine, from fine fish to island dishes. In the evening, the table moves out to the terrace at sunset.

At the heart of the table, the seafood display shows off the day's arrival: whole fish, prawns, shellfish. You choose, the chef cooks to order, often in front of you, over live fire and in big pans.
It is the signature of the house: a produce-led kitchen, no fuss, letting the sea speak. And for the youngest, a children's menu is also offered.
In the morning, breakfast is served as a buffet, with the first light on the sea. At midday, the beach bar takes over: grilled fish and salads, feet in the sand.
In the evening, the dining room and the terrace take back the lead for dinner. And on some nights of the season, the table joins the beach for the evenings of the house.
When the season turns, the house moves indoors: the restaurant fireplace is lit and dinner is served facing the fire, among stone, wood and lanterns. The menu holds its course: catch of the day, seafood and the dishes of the island.
In the morning, breakfast moves to the poolside. Winter in Djerba is mild and bright: coffee is taken outdoors, the beach is empty a few steps away, and the whole island can be visited without the crowds.
