The Beach Bar

By day, the beach becomes a living room

Under the palm pergola, the blue and white benches face the sea and the tables are set directly in the sand. You move from sunbed to table without leaving the beach, and it is not unusual to see a horse pass at the water's edge.

Coffee, fresh juices, grilled fish at lunchtime: the menu follows the catch and the season. Ask what is coming out of the kitchen today.

The Beach Bar

By night, it lights up

As the sun drops behind Sidi Mehrez, the lights come on under the pergola and the cabanas, and the beach changes face. Dinner stretches on to the sound of the waves.
